Library Services assessed by NVSU Internal Auditor

On May 5, 2026, the Library Services successfully underwent an internal audit as part of its continuing commitment to quality service, operational efficiency, and compliance with institutional standards. The activity aimed to assess the effectiveness of the library’s processes, services, and documentation in support of the university’s goals and quality assurance initiatives.

The internal audit was conducted by Dr. Jonathan Pasion, Mrs. Lala Manuel, and Mrs. Rebecca Wangdale. During the audit, the team carefully reviewed the library’s operations, records, and service procedures to ensure adherence to established policies and standards.

The activity also provided an opportunity for library personnel to present their accomplishments, best practices, and ongoing improvements in delivering quality services to students, faculty members, researchers, and other stakeholders. Constructive feedback and recommendations from the auditors were likewise welcomed to improve the library systems and services.

Through this internal audit, the Library Services reaffirmed its dedication to continuous improvement and to providing accessible, responsive, and quality library services to the academic community.
